WHAT IS A REDUCED CIT RATE VERIFIER?
It is an application that verifies the taxpayer’s ability to apply the corporate income tax rate reduced to 9%.
HOW DOES THE REDUCED CIT RATE VERIFIER WORK?
Verification is done in the form of an interview. The application asks the user to provide certain administrative and financial data of the entity under investigation. Further down the line, the user answers “yes” or “no” or provide other necessary data (e.g., on in-kind contributions made). At each stage, the application processes the data and directs the user to the correct path in the decision tree. If necessary, the application connects to the NBP website and downloads the correct currency exchange rate.
After filling in the data in the application, the user is informed whether a reduced CIT rate can be applied or not. If the user provides his or her email address, a pdf report will be sent, which includes the detailed information given during the interview and the result of the analysis.
