WHAT IS THE MDR GENERATOR?

It is an app used to manage the MDR reporting process. With the app, you can check if the reporting obligation arises, file MDR reports and archive any additional information and documents related to the reporting process.

HOW DOES THE MDR GENERATOR WORK?

  1. Identification (detection) of the reporting obligation
    Identyfikacją obowiązku w zakresie raportowania zajmuje się Detektor MDR. The user only needs to enter the basic data: the name of the client and the name of the project/transaction for which the obligation is being verified.
    In the next step, the user provides “yes” or “no” answers to the questions asked by the MDR Detector.
    Once the user has provided all the required answers, the MDR Detector indicates whether a MDR obligation arises and guides the user to the next step.
  2. Forms and reporting
    If reporting is required in a particular case, the software automatically directs the user to a decision tree that helps the user to select the correct MDR form
    In the next step, the user can fill out the MDR form and – after final approval and signature – submit it via the app.
    In that case, an official receipt (UPO) is automatically generated and attached to the submitted form.
    NOTE: This step can be carried out independently – the user does not need to go through the MDR Detector beforehand.

Since the MDR Detector guides the user through the various detection features and criteria in an orderly manner, the user quickly gets an answer as to whether a project/transaction needs to be reported.

Archiving information and documents pertaining to a scheme in one place

Both at the stage of identification of tax schemes and at the stage of preparation of the form, the user can place comments in the application (e.g., regarding the fulfillment of particular identifying characteristics). Multiple attachments in various formats (xml, pdf, word, excel) can be attached to each MDR form.

Efficient and fast form filling

Thanks to the group filling of the parts of the form, its creation is effective and efficient. Every action carried out in the application is automatically saved. Thanks to this, in the event of accidental closing the browser, you can return to the data immediately preceding the closing. Nothing will disappear, nothing will be lost.

Seamless XML file upload to the Ministry of Finance

The application allows you to send the XML file directly to the Ministry of Finance, automatically downloads the UPO and assigns the downloaded confirmation to the correct form.

Efficient process for generating an XML file

Once the form has been completed, it can be exported to an XML file. If the form contains errors, the application informs the user where the error occurred. Only after correcting all errors it is possible to export to an XML file. The copy and edit function allows you to use the form for a similar project / transaction.

Intuitive and simple use of the application

The process of identifying schemes, selecting the MDR form and filling it out can be interrupted at any stage without losing the data entered. At any time during the detection or selection of the form, you can go back and modify the answer, and the application will process such corrections accordingly.

Easy access to the history of the detection process

The exported MDR form is automatically transferred to the completed documents. Further work on such a form or access to the history of the detection process is available from the level of completed documents.

Broad application use

The MDR Generator is also a document repository. The structure of the application allows for assigning a document to a specific client. Thanks to the fact that users of the application are also assigned to clients, the exchange of documents between the persons who carry out the MDR submission process and the business participants of the reported transaction takes place within the application.
