MDR Generator
If you want to be sure that you are correctly identifying tax schemes (MDR) and reporting them properly, we have a solution for you – the MDR Generator.
WHAT IS THE MDR GENERATOR?
It is an app used to manage the MDR reporting process. With the app, you can check if the reporting obligation arises, file MDR reports and archive any additional information and documents related to the reporting process.
HOW DOES THE MDR GENERATOR WORK?
- Identification (detection) of the reporting obligation
Identyfikacją obowiązku w zakresie raportowania zajmuje się Detektor MDR. The user only needs to enter the basic data: the name of the client and the name of the project/transaction for which the obligation is being verified.
In the next step, the user provides “yes” or “no” answers to the questions asked by the MDR Detector.
Once the user has provided all the required answers, the MDR Detector indicates whether a MDR obligation arises and guides the user to the next step. - Forms and reporting
If reporting is required in a particular case, the software automatically directs the user to a decision tree that helps the user to select the correct MDR form
In the next step, the user can fill out the MDR form and – after final approval and signature – submit it via the app.
In that case, an official receipt (UPO) is automatically generated and attached to the submitted form.
NOTE: This step can be carried out independently – the user does not need to go through the MDR Detector beforehand.
